James Zubok is Co-Founder and Managing Member of Respida Capital, bringing a unique dual-perspective from decades of experience as both a top-tier institutional investor and a veteran software operator. James serves as Board Member of Ecotrak and Entouch Controls as Co-Founder and Board member of Zeck and Stax Engineering. Most recently, James served as Chairman of Mi9 Retail, a leading grocery and retail commerce platform, where he led its evolution into Wynshop and its subsequent acquisition by Instacart. Previously, James served as President of Brainware, a pioneer in machine learning-based data capture solutions, from founding to its acquisition by Lexmark. James’s investment background includes leadership roles at Vista Equity Partners, where he co-headed the Endeavor Fund. This unique background as both an operator and investor allows him to provide the precise operational and financial frameworks necessary for software companies to transition into market leaders. Mr. Zubok holds a J.D. from St. John’s Law School and a B.M.E. from Cooper Union.
