Jon is a Managing Member of Respida Capital, bringing decades of experience in facilitating multi-billion dollar corporate and commercial transactions and large-scale organizational transformations. Most recently, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization, where he oversaw global legal, compliance, information security, and real estate functions. Prior to Syneos, Jon was the General Counsel and Secretary of Cotiviti, a healthcare analytics and payment accuracy leader, where he led the company’s transition from a private equity portfolio company to a publicly traded entity on the NYSE. Previously, he spent nearly a decade at Cognizant Technology Solutions, a Fortune 500 IT and consulting leader, navigating the firm through periods of massive growth and structural evolution. Jon began his career as a corporate associate at a large international law firm. Mr. Olefson holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from Emory University.
