Kyle is a Vice President on the investment team at Respida Capital, focusing on investment execution and portfolio management. He brings over a decade of experience across technology investment banking, valuation, and financial advisory services. Previously, Kyle served as a Vice President in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Stephens, a leading independent financial services firm, where he specialized in vertically-focused software and IoT transactions. Prior to Stephens, he was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll), where he provided valuation and financial advisory services to corporate clients and private equity sponsors. Mr. Kolakoski holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Clemson University.
