Kyle is a Principal on the investment team at Respida Capital, where he focuses on investment execution and portfolio management. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning software private equity and investment banking. Before joining Respida, Kyle was part of the founding team of Ten Coves Capital, a growth equity firm focused on B2B SaaS and FinTech. While at Ten Coves, he assisted in the execution of numerous platform investments, contributed to the firm’s successful fundraising initiatives, and played a key role in developing the firm’s operational infrastructure. Across the portfolio, Kyle partnered with management teams to provide strategic support and guidance as a board observer. He began his career in Morgan Stanley’s M&A and Corporate Strategy Group, where he evaluated principal acquisitions and executed strategic initiatives for the firm. Mr. Kruse graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Value Investing.
